Annual Budget and Board of Education Election on May 17

On Tuesday, March 17, Tri-Valley voters will have the opportunity to vote on the $35,839,371 proposed budget for the 2022-23 school year. Under the proposal, spending would increase by $668,108 over the current year. The budget proposal carries a tax levy increase of 0.80%, which is within the allowable levy cap. As a result, a simple majority (50% plus one vote) is needed for approval.

Voters were able to participate in a budget hearing, which took place on May 3. For information from the hearing, please refer to the Budget & Taxes section of our website.
