The Dignity for All Students Act (DASA) was signed into law on September 13, 2010, and took effect on July 1, 2012. The law seeks to provide New York State public elementary and secondary school students with a safe and supportive environment, free from discrimination, intimidation, taunting, harassment and bullying on school property, a school bus, and/or at a school function. Tri-Valley is committed to providing a safe enriching environment for all students. If you feel that you or someone you know is being bullied or engaged in harmful or illegal behavior please report it using this online form to provide us with the information to address it.
