Tri-Valley Superintendent Elected NYSASPA President

Tri-Valley Central School District Superintendent Dr. Joseph Lloyd has been elected president of the New York State Association of School Personnel Administrators (NYSASPA), a statewide organization that supports school personnel administrators through professional development, networking, and collaboration.

Lloyd will serve a one-year term beginning in 2027. He will assume the presidency after serving as president-elect and chair of NYSASPA’s 61st Annual Conference, where he worked alongside association leaders to plan professional learning and networking opportunities for educators and administrators across New York.

“NYSASPA has been an important source of professional learning, connection, and support throughout my career,” Dr. Lloyd said. “I look forward to contributing to this statewide work and bringing the perspectives, relationships, and ideas gained through this service to my leadership at Tri-Valley.”
