Please be aware that since this information is self-reported, the accuracy of the information provided is not confirmed and may reflect different information than the Sullivan County Public Health Services COVID-19 Dashboard, which reflects current, actual testing for Sullivan County.  This information is provided for illustrative purposes only and should not be used as guidance for any decision-making.

If you think you have COVID-19 and need a test, contact your health care provider, pharmacy, or local health department immediately. The FDA has been working  to increase the availability of critical medical products, including tests for SARS-CoV-2, the virus that causes COVID-19.

Contact Tracing


The Tri-Valley Central School District will follow the guidelines of the Sullivan County Department of Public Heath relative to recommendations to conduct contact tracing if deemed necessary and appropriate.
