Tri-Valley voters approve 2025-2026 budget; elect 3 Board of Education members

On May 20, Tri-Valley Central School District voters approved the district’s proposed $38,070,773 budget for the 2025-2026 school year. The budget passed with 67.15% of the vote—280 in favor and 137 opposed.
The approved budget of $38,070,773 represents a modest 2.14% increase over the current year’s budget. This budget is key to preserving and advancing the district’s academic programs, extracurricular activities, fine and performing arts, and athletics.
This budget reflects the district’s unwavering commitment to student success, fiscal responsibility, and community values, ensuring that every student receives the highest quality education while balancing the financial impact on taxpayers.
By securing funding for these areas, the district is not only fostering a strong academic foundation but also ensuring that students have access to well-rounded opportunities that promote growth, development, and success both inside and outside the classroom.
More information about the budget is available on the school budget section of the district website.
