Way to go Seventh and Eighth Graders!

On Tuesday, May 10, a special ceremony was held at Tri-Valley Central School for seventh and eighth grade students. The assembly, put on by the seventh and eighth grade teachers, recognized students for achieving Honor Roll, High Honor Roll, and Principal’s Honor Roll.

Special awards were also given to students who the seventh and eighth grade teachers selected as going above and beyond expectations inside and outside of the classroom. In the eighth grade, Andrew Papadopoulos and Spencer Scanna won awards for Academic Excellence, Serenity Somers won the award for Leadership, Caelynn Babcock and Calie Mackenzie won awards for Outstanding Work Ethic, Jordan Salim and Sean Woods won awards for Most Improved, James Kachelriess and Onyx Richards won awards for Outstanding Participation, and Grace Deyo and Connor Mendez won awards for Exemplary Collaboration.

In the seventh grade, Anthony Schuman and Rebecca Squires won awards for Academic Excellence, Juliana Adams and Samantha Altman won awards for Leadership, Angelina Hinkley and Emily Poley won awards for Outstanding Work Ethic, Saleen Lyons and Brian Yanten won awards for Most Improved, Andrew Kelly and Brady Knight won awards for Outstanding Participation, and Chase Graham and Kiera Tixi won awards for Exemplary Collaboration.

Congratulations to all of the students who were recognized. We are very, very proud of all of their accomplishments!
